Your journal, mood history, goals, reminders, progress, and preferences are stored by the app on your device.
MindSnap is a private journal and goal-tracking app. This policy explains how the app handles journal entries, mood analysis, goals, reminders, Apple Health progress, iCloud sync, speech, widgets, and app settings.
Your journal, mood history, goals, reminders, progress, and preferences are stored by the app on your device.
If iCloud is available and enabled, app data may sync through Apple's CloudKit service to your iCloud account.
MindSnap reads selected Apple Health totals only after you grant permission, including steps, distance, exercise minutes, active energy, and water, only to update matching goals.
Apple Health sync is optional. MindSnap asks for permission before reading Health data. You can approve or deny each Health data type in iOS.
Health information note: MindSnap is a habit and journaling tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions, and it should not be used to make medical decisions.
Notification note: MindSnap does not promise to bypass Do Not Disturb, Focus, mute, notification summary, or other iOS notification settings. Delivery, sound, and visibility depend on your iPhone settings.
